Nutrition
Your nutritional requirements are important to having a good race. The Tour Committee is working with local sponsors to provide a standard range of western style meals. However, a special part of the adventure of the Tour is to eat local food prepared by the village women who take great care and pride to make their Tour meal the best in the country.
The meals provided in the Tour range from cereal breakfasts to festive dinners of ox, local vegetables and rice. Any rider with specific dietary requirements or food allergies is encouraged to bring sufficient quantities of appropriate food to meet their needs. Nutritional supplements are not available in Timor.
